At ADDICT CLOTHES, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
